Adventure
A full day in the jungle — from before dawn to dusk — covering multiple habitats with one of our most experienced naturalists. This is Chitwan at its most immersive.
The full-day expedition begins before dawn with a jeep drive into the grassland zone for the first light tiger window, moves to a canoe crossing and forest walk through riverine sal woodland, then into the deeper grassland for rhino and deer, returning via the riverbank at dusk when raptors and nightjars become active.
A packed riverside lunch is included. The guide narrates the day continuously — tracking, identifying, explaining, and connecting the different habitats into a coherent picture of Chitwan's ecology.
This expedition is ideal for serious naturalists, wildlife photographers, and anyone who wants to understand Chitwan properly rather than simply tick off species.
