Cancellation Policy

30+ days before arrival: Full refund of deposit.
15–29 days before arrival: 50% of deposit refunded.
Less than 15 days: No refund of deposit. The full package balance is not charged.
No-shows: Full package cost charged. No refund.
Modifications: Date changes are accepted subject to availability, at no extra fee, if requested 10+ days before arrival.

Deposit: 30% of total package cost required at time of booking.
Balance: Remaining 70% due on arrival, payable by cash (NPR/USD/EUR) or credit card.
Accepted currencies: Nepalese Rupee (NPR), US Dollar (USD), Euro (EUR). We accept VISA and Mastercard.
Exchange rate: Foreign currency is exchanged at the daily bank rate. We recommend withdrawing NPR in Bharatpur before arrival.

Check-in: From 12:00 PM. Early check-in available on request, subject to availability.
Check-out: By 11:00 AM. Late check-out until 3:00 PM available for NPR 500 (subject to availability).
ID requirement: All guests must present a valid passport or national ID at check-in.
Unaccompanied minors: Guests under 18 must be accompanied by a parent or legal guardian.

Children under 5: Stay and eat free of charge when sharing a room with parents.
Children 5–12: 50% of adult package rate. Activities are adapted for safety and age-appropriateness.
Cots & extra beds: Available on request at no extra charge, subject to availability.
Activity suitability: Some jungle walks are not recommended for children under 6. Please consult us when booking.

Pet policy: We love animals, but domestic pets are not permitted at the lodge to protect our resident wildlife.
Wildlife interaction: Guests must not attempt to feed, touch, or approach wild animals. Follow all guide instructions at all times.

Smoking: Smoking is permitted in designated outdoor areas only. Not permitted in rooms, the dining area, or near the jungle.
Alcohol: Alcohol is available at the lodge bar. We ask guests to drink responsibly, especially before activities.

Single-use plastics: We do not provide single-use plastic bottles. Please bring a reusable water bottle — we will refill it for free.
Energy use: We run on solar power. Please switch off lights and air conditioning when leaving your room.
Noise: Please keep noise to a minimum, especially early morning and after 10:00 PM, to protect wildlife and fellow guests.
Trails: Do not leave marked trails during jungle walks. Stay with your guide at all times.
