By making a reservation at Chitwan Bamboo Lodge, you agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions in their entirety. These terms apply to all guests, visitors, and any person accessing our website or services.
A reservation is confirmed only upon receipt of the deposit and a written confirmation from Chitwan Bamboo Lodge. We reserve the right to decline a booking at our discretion. Confirmation will be sent by email within 24 hours of receiving your deposit.
All prices are quoted in USD unless otherwise stated and are subject to change without notice prior to booking confirmation. A 30% deposit is required to secure your reservation, with the balance due on arrival. We accept cash (NPR, USD, EUR) and major credit cards.
Cancellations made 30+ days before arrival qualify for a full deposit refund. Cancellations 15–29 days before arrival receive a 50% refund. Cancellations within 14 days of arrival and no-shows are non-refundable. All refunds are processed within 14 business days.
Participation in activities including jungle walks, safaris, and boat trips is at the guest's own risk. Chitwan Bamboo Lodge and its guides will take all reasonable precautions for guest safety. Guests must follow all guide instructions. We are not liable for injury, loss, or damage arising from failure to follow safety guidelines.
Guests are responsible for ensuring they are in suitable health to participate in activities. Please inform us of any medical conditions at the time of booking. We strongly recommend comprehensive travel insurance that includes medical evacuation cover.
Chitwan National Park is a protected conservation area. Guests must comply with all national park regulations. It is strictly prohibited to feed, touch, provoke, or approach wildlife. Any damage to the environment or wildlife caused by guests will be subject to applicable fines and compensation.
Guests are responsible for any damage caused to lodge property during their stay. The cost of repair or replacement will be charged to the guest. The lodge is not responsible for loss or damage to guests' personal belongings.
We collect and process personal data in accordance with our Privacy Policy, available at chitwanbamboolodge.com/privacy-policy. We do not sell personal data to third parties.
Chitwan Bamboo Lodge shall not be liable for any failure to fulfil its obligations caused by events beyond its reasonable control, including natural disasters, government restrictions, epidemics, or other acts of nature. In such cases, we will offer alternative dates or a lodge credit.
These Terms and Conditions are governed by the laws of Nepal. Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Chitwan District, Nepal.
