Dining
The organic garden at the lodge is both beautiful and functional — a working kitchen garden that supplies fresh herbs and seasonal vegetables to the restaurant every day.
Our kitchen garden grows a rotating selection of seasonal vegetables, herbs, and edible flowers throughout the year. Coriander, mint, chilli, turmeric, ginger, tomatoes, and leafy greens are grown without pesticides using composted organic matter as the only soil amendment.
What the garden does not produce, the lodge sources from nearby local farmers — keeping the food kilometres minimal and the flavour maximal. The result is food that tastes genuinely fresh because it is.
Guests staying in the eco and garden view rooms have the garden as their neighbour — you can watch the cooks picking herbs for your breakfast from your window.
