The lodge is an ideal field base for wildlife, ecological, and social science research groups working in the Chitwan area. We provide accommodation, guide support, and access to community networks.
We have hosted PhD researchers, university field courses, and conservation NGO teams. The lodge is well-positioned in the Meghauli sector — an understudied area with high wildlife density and accessible community networks.
Our guides have accumulated years of observational data on wildlife behaviour, seasonal movement patterns, and habitat use — data we are happy to share with researchers under appropriate academic agreements.
Research group rates apply for stays of 5 nights or more. We can accommodate groups of up to 20 researchers with dedicated dining and working spaces.
